
Responsibilities:
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses at Regency Hospital.
• Coordinate nursing care based on clinical practice standards and hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with doctors and other medical staff to ensure effective patient care delivery at Regency Hospital.
• Participate in quality improvement programs to enhance nursing practices.
• Maintain positive interpersonal relations with team members and ensure a supportive work environment.
• Implement infection control policies and safety protocols for patients, visitors, and staff.

• Work closely with ward coordinators, consultants, housekeeping, and nursing supervisors.
• Process and approve requisitions for necessary medical and nursing supplies.
Requirements:
• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing degree with a valid nursing license.
• 1-5 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting at Regency Hospital.
• Strong clinical knowledge and nursing care skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of infection control and patient safety guidelines.
• Proficiency in medical record documentation and patient care coordination at Regency Hospital.
